With Minitials, you always keep your loved ones close to your heart. Our jewellery is often worn every day.

An impact can, for example, cause a link to weaken, result in minor damage, or loosen a diamond setting. Sometimes, the effects of this only become apparent weeks or months later. We therefore recommend having your jewellery checked at least once a year. Our goldsmiths will inspect your jewellery for quality; if necessary, they will carry out repairs and restore your jewellery to the lustre and shine it deserves. Your jewellery will be as good as new!

Step-by-step guide

1. Fill in the form below and submit your service request.

2. Pack the jewellery neatly in the original Minitials box. If you no longer have the original packaging, use a zip-lock bag. Seal the bag. If the item is a gold necklace or bracelet, keep the clasp outside the zip-lock bag to prevent it from becoming tangled.

3. Print the confirmation email for the service request and include it with the jewellery. Don’t have a printer? Include a handwritten note with the 12-digit ticket ID number of your service request, your name, email address and telephone number.

4. Send your jewellery to the address below by registered post, insured and with track & trace. Please write the 12-digit Ticket ID on the outside of the parcel
