We’re big fans of how you wear and share your Minitials jewellery on social media. We may ask you to share your photos and/or videos via our own channels as well. This will mainly be on our website (Minitials.com), but we may also use your content in our newsletter or on our social media channels.
By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesminitials and tagging us via @minitials, you give:
- Minitials permission to use your photo for marketing and/or advertising purposes, including the gallery on our website (Minitials.com), newsletters, social media, emails and other customer communications, POS material and other marketing initiatives
- Minitials permission to use your photo until you withdraw this permission
What you get from us:
- Extra visibility via our channels and our website (stg-minitialscom-testcodemak.kinsta.cloud)
- Always the correct credits: your social media channel will be linked and/or your name will be mentioned
- The option to withdraw your permission at any time
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you grant Minitials a non-exclusive, royalty-free and worldwide licence to use and share your photo for marketing and/or advertising purposes. This also includes the right to reproduce, distribute, adapt and edit your content.
You confirm that you hold the rights to the shared material and that you have the consent of all persons visible in the photo. If products from other brands are visible and you mention these brands, we will also mention them when sharing your photo. If other brands are visible but not mentioned by you, we cannot mention them. Of course, we can still amend this retrospectively upon request.
The photo remains your property at all times and the consent given can be withdrawn at any time.
Withdrawal of consent
Would you like to withdraw your consent? Please send an email to info@minitials.com. We will remove your photo from our digital channels within 14 days. If your photo has been used in a newsletter or magazine, it cannot be removed, but we will not use the photo again in future.
